    Well, for starters, why do you have a 1000W PSU and why do you need 32GB of memory? Also post which PSU you have.

    Replace that 9370 with an 8350. The 9370 is a toaster (even more so than a 8350) and the power consumption is through the roof. You als save $40 (149 on newegg right now). You could put that $40 towards an SSD. You honestly don't need an expensive mobo like that either. There are also a couple 480 deals floating around $160 480 4GB (link also has a somewhat more involved deal which lets you pickup one for $130/140). You're not going to notice the difference between 4GB or 8GB on a machine like this.

    I'm not home right now to find out which PSU type. 32GB RAM why not. 9370 better specs than 8350 over benchmark. 480 8GB why not as well. About SSD maybe but not high priority. Any other suggestions otherwise the build is looking good by your response.

    x1 8GB "1866" ram (x3 slot left, new board faster ram?)
    480 8GB (4GB cool want more)
    SSD (I will get one when my HDD dies)

    Am I missing something else?
