Please Help, Look into a ban ;O

I am posting this on the behalf of a friend of mine that i recently became friends with.

I have noticed the lack of knowledge or concern on his bann and also noticed my self that it was an unfair ban due to a great deal of lack of proof.

I would like to know who makes the decision of unbanning a member.

He is very concerned on this ban he recieved, Cause by a member of sythe that was a Ban Evader [Confirmed my a mod]. that player should have never been back on this site, let alone be able to cause a 4 year member to be banned on false accusations.

And he also made a part two Dispute that has not been Approved

So please can someone look into this.
