There seems to be a lot of people who have trouble with Paypal, and instead of creating tons of threads that eventually get lost, we decided to make a sticky instead. This will condense all of the problems on to one thread and make it easier for the User Educators, as well as other users, to help with any and all problems related to Paypal.

Completely, no, although bank verified account have the lowest risk of being limited, the only way to prevent it is watch how you trade, if 1 person gets limited paypal will investigate and sometimes limit everyone that person has traded with, just watch who you trade.

 

Actually, once you submit enough documentation to Paypal, your account shouldn't ever be limited again. I've had the same Paypal limited 3 times, followed the steps to restore my account access, and haven't had it limited since.

So I was wondering, I've got enough money to buy some gold farming here on Sythe. When I pay the guy, will my paypal get limited? I'm not going to chargeback or anything. I'm just scared my paypal will get limited and I'll be banned.

 

Why would your Paypal get limited for sending someone money? If the goldfarmers Paypal is under investigation, then you may be asked for more information.

 

Hi to all sythe member since your close my post so i have to post it hear. May i know how to know is the person a credit card paypal verified or a bank verfied. I heard some people can see if your paypal is bank verfied or credit card, can someone teach me how to see.

 

From what I know, adding a credit card doesn't actually change the account from unverified to verified. You need to add a bank account. To see if someone added a bank account, fill out all the information to send somebody a payment. Once you click continue, (on the confirmation page) it will say whether the account is verified or unverified. Unverified would state they haven't added a bank account.

Accounts registered under a USA address are prohibited to send money until a bank account or credit card is added. A workaround is registering a Paypal under a fake address from the country of Canada. This will give you a $3000 sending and receiving limit, but these unverified account are often limited for suspicious activity so watch yourself.

Go to Paypal.com > Login > Merchant Services > 'Buy Now' Button. Here you can customize your button. Step 3 includes a checkbox for "Take customers to this URL when they finish checkout".

 

But it also can used PayPal Plus Credit Card to verified, how to know is PayPal Plus Credit Card verified and bank account verfied

 

If you don't have a credit card to verify with; you can always use a giftcard which can be bought at (Westpac, 7elven) not the one's that can be used only a shop.

 

I have an instant buynow button on my guide sales thread, after the customer has paid, it redirects them (or so i thought) but i have customers saying the DL link failed. How long should it take to re-direct?

Paypal denies netspend, you cant use that method to verify it anymore, you'll need to find a differnt VBA (Virtual Bank Account) OR get a real one, (You dont need to be 18)

 

Oh damn fml no wonder... Whats this visa gift card method i hear? it verifies pp acc or wha?

 

Im not an expert on it but im pretty sure what you do is buy a visa gift card then add it to your paypal, which gives you a limit of $10,000.
