Playing Runescape at School

If runescape.com and miniclip.com are both blocked, are there ways to still play runescape? If I connect to a world on a different internet and then log on with my schools internet, I can play just fine. Proxies don't work because the page doesn't load when using one. Any suggestions?

 

If you can get onto the control pannel you can change the proxie settings I think

 

well... Wich program they're using to block it?
I know some Novel, ChildControl and other kind of these progs...

If they're really stupid you can use Ctrl + Alt + Delete and try to search what they're using. If not, I don't really know..

So first try to find wich program they're using or make a ss from your screen when it says "this website is blocked". Upload your image on imageshack.us and post link here plz. Maybe I can help you out

Heres the picture. (It isn't on the computer itself becuase I bring my own computer to school (I'm a boarding student)

 

oh fuck dansguardian thats soo easy to get around. just unplug the network cable in the back of the computer that might work.

 

I played RuneScape once during my school. I seriously don't know how I managed to, but I did. There was nothing being blocked there. I also downloaded MapleStory and played. Oh, and I believe MoparScape should work on any school computer, since I doubt it's blocked. Try that.

 

Unplugging the network cable = Disconnecting the computer from the internet

 

The internet is wireless anyway

How about not spamming my topic and post something useful. I'm sorry I don't spend every second of my life doing homework and smoking weed. And as I said, I'm a boarder student, so I spend all day every day at school for the entire year except for xmas break and march break

 

My school PCs are so crap, Java wont load. Yes its a public school

During my time at school i tried so many methods of getting onto Runescape, when i finally did (no i didn't use a proxy) i discovered that the port to connect to Runescape had been blocked which i had no control over and you will probably get the same problem too =(

 

just use firefox, and find a good proxy that isnt port 80 or 8080 i was using one at school, but i dont know of any that work with java

The closest you will get is if you type the ip address of the router (usually 192.168.1.1) and they have not changed the default user and pass (username : blank ass : admin ) then open the ports.

I doubt it. I even brang my router to school, and couldnt get it working.

Ok, I figured out how to get trought it.

dansguardian ignores IP adresses, So what you could do is lookup the server ip from some world, type it in IE and you could play rs

For server ip's just google around, I'm quite bust now
