From my experiences on PA, fraud is very serious, so the buyer will be punished. I don't know if anyone reading this FAQ from PA that any person would want to commit fraud (at least on PA) that they would think twice, but then again, no one reads the FAQs but me

Of course. Fraud is defined as cheating or deceiving another person wrongfully for financial/personal gain. This buyer claims kmjt didn't deliver, tries to deceive Playerauctions into thinking he didn't get his gold, and all this for financial gain.

 

When Player Auctions mentions fraud, they are aiming towards credit card fraud and other types of payment fraud. As far as kids scamming kids for runescape virtual items, they aren't going to give two shits... Do you really think a Korean company is going to pursue someone for that? How do you think a case like that would hold up in court? And what about the money involved to be able to have a private investigator or international law enforcement work with other agencies to build a case? They would also have to work with the development company that owns the video game where the scam took place. It just isn't going to happen. I mean, the company themselves are condoning illegal activity and copyright infringement.
As for the person who posted this thread, he probably should have taken video evidence. However, I'm sure his photo evidence, back-story, and transaction history were strong enough to win the dispute he was involved in. Good luck.

 

like what are the chances that theres an imposter right at that exact time hes expecting money, only kmjt would know when and where, impossible for an imposter unless you or he has been hacked/keylogge/has a virus

 

With your sale record I am sure you would pass without proof. I sure hope PA is smarter than Paypal though. I never used it tbh but I heard its the safest way towards paypal and receiving payments. I'll keep a lookout keep us posted.

You shouldn't have a problem. You've provided sufficient evidence. As others have stated, use video footage in the future. It's (almost) impossible to dispute that.
