Playerauctions are dopey fucks.

Made an order for 400m gold for $300, I fucked up the payment method as I should have done it as a paypal e-check, fair enough. That's a mistake on my part.

HOWEVER, these unintelligent fucks can't even refund me correctly. Every day I've been into their customer service, to have been told the same thing over and over again.

I get told, they've tried to refund it - however there is something on paypals end. So of course, I call paypal. BUT WAIT, paypal says there is nothing. Ironic isn't it?

So I go back to them, and get told it'll be escalated onto their team, and will be dealt with. So I wait a day, come back. SAME THING. WHat do I get told again? It's payapls fault.

I tell them, but this is exactly what you told me yesterday. I want this fixed, now. What do they do? Escalate it onto their fucking team for me to wait LONGER. It's almost been a god damn week now.

 

How did you pay?
Just dispute it on paypal?

 

some times shit like this takes time. sucks, but its what has to be done :|.

who is really at fault? the dumbass ranting about fucking up on one of the easiest ways to choose the correct payment method when buying old.....

 

Naw their service is truly ehhhh.

They can't verify my account because they say "sorry we couldn't reach your phone"... I requested the Text Message and got the code but they still won't accept it.
I emailed and tried everything.

Be patient, yeah you made the mistake really. But hope you get your money back.

 

They also suspended my account because i made a order with my paypal that has been verified for 6 year's.. Pro service.

 

Does anybody know of a site similar to PlayerAuctions, like where you can't scam?

PlayerAuctions pisses me off, my account CAN NEVER be verified.
Tried making another account and it's only one phone number per household...

 

o well another bad site i guess, i thought it was good
