If i am buying RSGP from there can I use a fake cell phone? I have my reasons not to use my cell phone number. Is it ok to use a cell phone number from an online site? Thanks

You can't, it's needed for further payment verification to prevent any chargebacks.

if you have ordered from us before, then we may not bug you by calling
You'll be needing a phone number for most Gold selling websites.
You could always go and purchase a $2 prepaid sim card (You can do that in Australia, not sure about where you're from) and use that for all your online needs. Other than that, if you don't want your home/work/private/mobile number to be used, you may be forced to purchase from some Sythe sellers.
Good luck!
