The issue as it stands had to do with connectivity issues with our servers in California. We have communicated with our hosts and identified the issue effecting our user base. Last week we implemented some hot fixes which was meant to have improved the data flow therefore reducing load times. So far it seemed to have worked, though if there are still certain members experiencing slow load times, they are welcome to contact me directly here :
[email protected]. There may still be those with certain IP locations which may have trouble accessing the site, and as such as much information we can gather will allow us to manually increase efficiency for specific users.
