player auctions account suspended.

Hi, was buying an rs account from there, I was trying to do the versification process. my user is Lordgeo... then i got an email saying my account was suspended... email never gave me a reason, so I asked live chat, they told me I got suspended, as they detected 2 accounts, and you're only allowed one per ip/household.. I was confused. they gave me a user name furikuri0, I was confused by this, so I looked up the profile on player auctions... and I knew right away just by looking at the user name, this is not mine.. live chat keeps telling me to wait for the trust accounts department, what I am still waiting, they keep telling me there's sufficient evidence....what I am really confused.. as the account isn't mine..


has anyone had the same issues with player auctions? who care to shed some light on it.

Message him on Sythe. I have heard of one or two people having this issue before.

 

They have a playerauctions support area where you can make a ticket and they get back to you quickly. The paypal option on my account was locked for over a year and I just went in the ticket area that I never noticed before and it got resolved within 24 hours.
