Player Auction disbursments

Theres a huge difference with them telling me they sent me the money and your case, don't bother comparing the two, they are nothing similar.

260 hours have now passed and they still havnt returned to me with the paypal ID.

Also its telling me pa has been down since the 6th.

 

Yeah had same problem, under "disbursements" it showed money has been sent, but nothing on my Moneybookers account, sent them many emails, almost every time the same answer:



Kept sending them emails like 6-7 on that day. Last one I sent:



And got the money later that night and no reply to that email :laugh:

 

Lucky I've had no luck what so ever.

I'm glad to see you got the money though, they still havnt provided me with the id or emailed me back once >_<

this is really bad. ive heard about sellers getting hit hard by chargebacks fom scammers on there but i really think livvechat is clueless in your case. I hope you get it resolved soon!

 

It's been resolved I guess.

This is what happened They sent me two disbursements of 152.68 first one was on the 20th and the 2nd on the 23rd (I have no idea how that happened I didn't even notice it)

-They then sent 2 disbursements out after this ($30 and $105)

-Then they must of noticed what happened and started paying the $152 off with future disbursements, They didn't bother to email me about this, they also marked it off as disbursed so all customer service could see is that it was sent.

-They didn't bother replying to any of the 13 emails I sent them in the time between 30th and 14th.

-Finally I got a operator that could read english and she spent 1 hour finding out what was going on for me while I was in the chat with her.

 

And now you understand the horrors of player auctions.

 

Yea lol, lack of people who understand english rofl.

It's not shocking though, seems its owned by a korean company.

 

Glad everything worked out lol. Did you think about the disbursements everyday? I usually can't help it when it happens to me.
