Timezone:

GMT.

Times of availability:

Saturday and Sunday, 8 PM GMT - 8 AM GMT, so I can do night shifts in GMT timezone due to my in real life work times.

Experience in trading virtual goods:

I have made a small amount of profit here selling RSPS gold so I guess that can be considered as some experience. I also work in a petrol station dealing with virtual and daily goods which can also go as a benefit.

Experience with customer support:

As stated above I currently work in a petrol station and have been working here for a total of 7 months now. I am dealing with customers on a day to day basis facing all sorts of problems from goods not being up to a great standard to technical faulties within the store and on the forecourt.

Why are you applying:

I am applying as I need money onside of what I already do and I enjoy being on my computer and helping others therefore this job suits me.

Been working at a local grocery store while studying and I have learnt and experienced how to deal with customers. Both ones who have an subjected attitude and ones with a very positive one. I have also loads of experience from my own services that I provide.

Why are you applying:

I'm looking for an steady and reliable way of proving myself and increasing my experience. I also love talking with people and helping them out any way what so ever. Of course i'm not going to deny that the extra money on the side is always an attraction!

Why should I pick you:

I'm a trustworthy person with an uplifting and attracting attitude. I usually see a tendency with my customers. After I have helped them or provided an service they always come back and order more. I believe this is because of my way of helping and dealing with customers.

I'm also an individual who follows time to it's clock. If you need me at a specific time, you can count on me that I will be there and if for any reason I can not attend I would notify ahead of time.

I believe my way of talking with potential customers and drawing them in is also someting that I would see to be attractive for you. Isn't that what we all want? Our marketing tactic has drawn the customer to us, but now it's up to us to make sure they order from us and not anyone else. I believe this is something I can add.

Can you add anything to our company:

Other than drawing in customers and making them stay with us for a very long time aswell as providing and friendly attitude. I would be able to make PlanetsGold the world's best Gold Provider.
