Planet Disputing ban [firez, roary] please look!

I have tried, many times to get assistance with my ban and nothing is working.I am not a ban evader, I've only ever made one account, i was banned for matching ips with a forum account that was banned back in 2005, I've only lived at my house since september and I'm only 15 years old so it is impossible for me to be that person. I added roary on skype after my last appeal: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1692707-disputing-my-ban.html and he said if i was patient he would Help me out with my ban. It has now been over a month and i have not seen a word back from him. I really would like to see some investigation done on my ban, because I truely have done nothing wrong.
