Why you think they are ban evading:

I got the banned one added on MSN and they offer the exact same price, with the same methods. Current one has a thread where he sells gold.

IP check btw. If nothing comes up, I might try something else.

 

I ran an IP check and looked through both account's posts, and there are no matches whatsoever.

If you have any additional proof that leads you to believe he is ban evading, please PM it to me or re-post another thread and I will take a second look Thanks for the report!
