Plagiarizing and Re-selling Guides

Jimmy bought the guide and said he had a similar guide, but told "ashieldlol" that the last part was different:

Notice the words like "voila." They are the exact same...

He should be banned after ripping someone guide and re-selling it. I'm not sure what punishment plagiarizing is though.
