[Plagiarism dispute] - Slice

Ban reason that was shown to you: You have been banned for the following reason: Plagiarism - Slicescape.com plagiarism Your ban will be lifted on Nov 30, 2017.

Additional details/story: I was banned for Plagiarism on my website (Www.slicescape.com)

Csgo skins page was first created 27 October by Selvi Digital (My web developer)

Here are the instructions I gave him to create the csgo section page

I have mentioned bogla so that he can have an idea of what I am expecting the web developer doesn't have experience with creating runescape/cs:go pages i only instructed him to use it so he knows what layout to make (Where the picture is/ Where to put the text/button etc) than i work on changing picture + text to fit to my website

In the https://imgur.com/a/okeDKthat i was reported its clear that i didn't fix anything the text should be fully changed so is the picture etc, the page WASN'T supposed to be published. but my web developer misunderstood me. Which will be shown in the next pictures

Asking him to publish 2 pages he made (Max main rental) (Csgo keys) the ones that he linked in our skype conversation. NOT the page that I got banned for plagiarism (csgo skins) which i didn't ask to publish

All of this was on Saturday and that day csgo skins page was not published because me and my web developer have an understanding that csgo skins page isn't ready to be published yet.

On Sunday 30 October i deleted his user in wp-admin which caused all the pages to be deleted (stupid of me)

so he had to remake all of it

Here is where he messed up and published csgo-skins page also while he only should be publishing the 2 links that i told him to on the gyazo you saw Gyazo - 7a65a109d64e92ad0bc294450efa1f90.png

The deletion played a role in it getting published, clearly my intentions was not to have it published yet.

Users will be banned for 1 month for the following:

• Plagiarism: Plagiarism (including the ripping of GFX and RS/User Education Guides) results in a 1 month ban

After reviewing this dispute there seems to be no intent of you plagiarizing Bogla's page. Yes you had that posted on your website, however based off the Skype logs you showed me that was never your intent. You never advertised your website from the time the error occurred to the time when I placed the ban, and this seemed to be a huge misunderstanding in which your developer poorly communicated with you, which I completely understand you're liable for, but the difference in this situation is that you never blatantly tried to rip Bogla off, and you didn't bump your thread in the time span of waiting for it to be fixed, which leads back to the point that this was all a big misunderstanding, and never your intention to begin with as shown from everything you've provided here, and in our PM's on Skype. I've lifted your ban.
