No. Every day that they tell people that "we're working on a fix" is a day's worth of VIP and supporter monthly revenues coming in. They're just milking thousands of suckers for $8.99 a month for as long as they can. Hell, they're probably getting new subscribers even though the bots don't work

I give it another month before bots are back. However, the ban rate will be greater with new detection software. Botters will basically be handing Jagex money with the new subscriptions they have to apply every 3-4 days

lmao?????? If they can stop botting, I would say their detection is a lot better. Anyways, it is clear they do detect bots from the number of accounts that were already banned.

Are you completely oblivious to the current situation or are you just trolling

detection and prevention are two very different things. Bans were backlogged for fucking months. I know this because I reported bots that pissed me off, and nothing ever happened to them until Jagex mass banned people. Remember when everyone was suiciding without bans then suddenly they all got banned?

Other bans were confirmed from accounts that were undeniably used when purchasing botting software from ibot. Warnings were given when the evidence was inconclusive.

If you knew how bots [used] to work, you'd know that if they were running properly and smartly they were virtually undetectable..

After countdown I have a feeling it will work. But it will have some setbacks that it never used to have. Damn Jagex

I was curious as to how they knew 3 days time they would be ready to open the client but that statement makes me feel more at ease at the fact maybe they did give the scripters time to update thus needing a few days time.

Jacmob's shown a few people the working client, it's actually only delayed because he insisted on adding Nanowalking as well.

New purchases have been disabled. Plus, the point of VIP/supporter is to actually support the site, not to get the scripts.

Exactly this, they CAN'T get the bot working and they know they can't. They're simply stalling, and milking the profits for as long as possible, why would you add a THREE DAY count down? Why not mention it a day before? Oh...Stalling, I can guarantee that they'll have more 'technical difficulties' before a working bot is released, there's no proper ETA.

Well no. I think Jagex will most likely just continuously update the game, even with "hidden" updates. Which makes botting pointless as you can't go for long periods of time. All of you have to realize that RSBuddy is a business, they have to assure their customers that everything will be okay, even though it may be far from it. The timer is just a stall.

They're doing the same as JaGeX. If they have nothing, they're making a fuss over nothing which will end up in them losing VIPs and Sponsors etc. I bet they have something, now just guess whether JaGeX can counter it.

It will work probably, but JaGeX will update again, so RSBuddy and other bot sites have to adapt and I think that cycle will go on for some time.

No it won't work. They said it would be ready by last weekend so have already let us down.. they'll do it again!

Think about it.. all the clients are in the same situation.. so why would RSbuddy be the first one back when all they have is Jacmob.. and RSbots being a bigger company likely has a few devs working on it.

So RSbots ETA 2-3 weeks, Powerbot ETA 2-3 weeks.. and RSbuddy - less than 2days.. it doesn't make sense. I believed them the first time, in good faith but I can't see it happening on Friday.

All they have is Jacmob? RSBuddy has a whole team of pretty talented developers for the client and the scripts...

i dont really mind when rsbuddy is back up. im not paying anything and im in no hurry to continue botting im just playing legit. even if it comes back on in the said time im not downloading it until a week or two later. so i can see feedback and ban rates and see what jagex are doing to stop the bots being back but yes i believe the bots will be back but jagex will do something after to postpone them more
