They won't bring pking back. Jagex mods have stated this so many times.. It is all a load of Crap.

I how ever have an idea.. that in clan wars. there is a "scrap" option. where you can loot drops.

Yeah... it's defintely not going to come back exactly the same... but there is no doubt that some form of PKing (not BH) will arrive, since numbers have dropped, and have only slightly increased due to HD. I'm thinking that they'll defintely have some kind of limited PKing (can only bring certain amount of items).
