pking loot drop glitch

I've been noticing on a few instances where the person who gets pkd gets all of items dropped instantly without delay on the ground so that everyone can pick it up.

Anyone know what causes this? Idk if its a glitch or anything

 

Two people cast "heal other" at the exact moment that the player dies, which makes them "die twice" and the second death is not caused by a direct opponent thus everyone can see the loot.

I believe that's how it is done pal
