I made him some accounts and have not received the payment yet and it's been almost 75 hours.

Accounts were done Thursday around 2 pm and now it's Sunday 4:38 pm.
Friday they replied and said that they're going to pay me today and Saturday same.

Any chance you could take these screenshots on a computer? Not all of them, but just the Skype profile in front of the conversation when he says he'll pay you later.

 

No,Skype doesn't work on my computer so I have to use it on my phone.
He said today that I'm getting paid at 3pm est but he has said that 2 times before so I just reported him till he pays and he can be unbanned or something.
He has paid me and my partner before but this time the waiting time has been too long so we reported him till he pays.
