Sorry, its hard to say, once I say it you will know how to do it. And there is no Gp/H, it is selective.

No mate, it doesn't use the GE, If you read my post it says NO REQUIREMENTS, which would obviously mean no GP required.

Mate, it's basicly allowing you you to borrow an item until log out, BUT The LENDER CAN log out, not only that, the lender can lend again to another person and another ETC.
