After checking the transaction I found that he only paid 2 cents vs the current average 20 cent fee.

I didnt tell him to piss him off nor anything in a bad way, I just vented that he paid a outrageously low few and now the confirmation time is going to be long.

He responds by making fun of me and asking me if this is the first time I used eth. Also claiming put high priority and that you can send a 1 cent fee and still confirm in minutes which is clearly not true.

Funny he would be this way when he himself doesn't even know why the transaction was not initially showing even on the network. He says his friend informed him the network has been like this today yet I've traded eth without any issues during the past hours.

Most likely it was just blockchain.com if he is not lying about the priority but regardless I wont ever trade with him again.

Nothing misunderstood. I asked you for proof of the transaction since you insisted it was sent and kept asking for a vouch despite no confirmation of the payment. Instead you sent a screenshot of trying to send more and getting a message telling you to wait. You couldnt provide proof of payment so I obviously would question it. Anyone would. I didnt resort to childish behavior, simply asked/requested proof.

I simply wont deal with getting talked down to when you clearly do not know what you yourself are talking about and decide to say I'm the ignorant one and now calling me sensitive because I would not put up with that.

I just confirmed with other users, one shared below that blockchain.com doesnt have issues. He simply sent a low fee/his friend/3rd party sent low fee.
