    Hello I just made an exchange with the user @pingy I sent 71 $ in BTC Local Bitcoin in exchange for Balance Paypal
    and tells me that he did not get the money to his wallet that the same sent

    He says that I scam him 230$??
    Where do you have proof?

    I've discussed this with an admin who approved the antiscam and we believe there's enough evidence to link you to francoxp

    got scammed $230
    You still owe @pingy $159 that he accidentally sent in the report above, you'll have to return this before you can return to sythe
