Pingy making defamatory and damaging comments

Gentlemen,

I believe that Pingy didn't act with a malicious intent and I trust him that he's a rather well informed RSGP trader.
However, Pingy failed to provide any conclusive proof to support his claims. This is simply not acceptable.
