Pin Problem.

errr if it says incorrect payment window that usualy means your trying to redeem the pin in the wrong place, if your trying to redeem it as an sms then it could be the pin isn't a sms pin? if you bought it off someone from sythe that is, try and go to the pnp option (the landline option) and redeem it there, should work.
