Try using it as pbp and not sms.

This happens with a bunch of my PINs as well, I have no clue what the problem is.

try putting US if it doesn't work use customer support or your pin just got pawned.

Try contacting their customer support. Usually that means the pin is still active but you are using the wrong country to use it on.
