Well im doing my PPL ( private pilots license) and theres this text you have to do and the book im using to revise has a quiz type test in the back. Just a bit of fun and dont use google as your only cheating yourself.Post your answers and then after 10 posts Ill post the correct answers.

1) The minimum age for the granting of a Private Pilots License is ?

2) Can i pilot fly if taking tranquilizers ?

3) May a loaded firearm be carried on an aeroplane ?

4) should a drunk person be carried in an aeroplane ?

5) Minimum age to do your first solo flight for PPL

Your probably thinking some of the questions are quite stupid well answer what you think.

Off the top of my head

1) The minimum age for the granting of a Private Pilots License is ?
25
2) Can i pilot fly if taking tranquilizers ?
negative
3) May a loaded firearm be carried on an aeroplane ?
depends on what aeroplane, i'd assume no
4) should a drunk person be carried in an aeroplane ?
ofcourse, i'm always drunk as fuck
5) Minimum age to do your first solo flight for PPL
i've controlled an aircraft at the age of 13, but i'd assume 18 for this

Answers

1) 17
2) No
3) No (unless its permitted by pilot or if its a weapon for war has to be permitted by CAA )
4) Never
5) 16 ( Weird but you can do solo at 16 but can only receive license at 17 )

You wan't to be a fighter jet pilot or something? I was going to pursue doing flying lessons but for leisure paying upto £5000 is just not worth it, pilots don't even make much money my uncle is a BA pilot , as for fighter jet pilot there is like 1 in everyone in the RAF wanting to be a pilot.

I want to be a commercial pilot. Cost for the ppl is up to £6,000 here and for the comercial pilots license it can cost up to £100,000 but you get sponsered by an airline. A Good Captain can earn up to £100,000 and more but you have to work your way up. I always wanted to be a pilot so for me its my goal and if i got paid £10 a year I would still want be a pilot.

£100,000 after 30 years of service yes that's if they haven't quit yet. Trust me don't don't take up all the bullshit that pilots get allot of money. But if its ur dream Job then it doesn't matter.
