    I want to leave my feedback about the recent ordeal I have gone through.

    Pikachu has to be the most closed minded moderator on this platform. The fact that he has final on issues is frankly alarming.

    Yes what he said in his post is technically correct. Burnley was not 100% at fault for the issue because I did not have a sythe account to send a PM, but he failed to look at any of the other evidence.

    1) edit history on thread showing no unique ID and an incorrect discord ID.
    2) he failed to DNT/ban visioncrow until way after I made my report, totally was going to let him off the hook for the first scam
    3) he ignored burnley’s middleman thread where it is blatantly obvious visioncrow was bumping it to get victims to copy and paste the incorrect ID
    4) he claims I was imposter scammed but there is no way to 100% disprove that the fake discord account was a set up from the beginning to get free gold
    5) he was very rude and unpleasant to deal with

    Honestly I know this won’t mean anything but enjoy your feedback. To top matters off Burnley lost his OMM for this and in my eyes he should have been offered the chance to fix his mistake and keep his status. Horrendously run “investigation”.

    You outright called my question 'dumb' (and later edited in a response - not sure whether this was before or after I left the above feedback), simply because you couldn't understand said question, nor see that there were many sides and outcomes to said question.

    You might be the only Mod in Sythe's history who refuses to deal with other issues on this thread, other than obvious positive feedback.

    The fact that you can't seem to grasp that your handling of this situation, and lack of knowledge/understanding of the rules in its entirety, is still in lieu with feedback.

    As an official middleman you cannot make a mistake like that. The OMM rank is even harder to get than mod/admin in my opinion, so they should be very careful. They are there to help people and prevent scams, not cause them.

    Him losing his rank was the only correct outcome.

    Handled my situation extremely poorly in my opinion. Could have been more understanding from the beginning, clearly holds an agenda against people who don't suck his dick but what more can be expected from a teenage dweeb.

    My advice would be to not let your pride/personal agendas directly influence your decision making as a moderator of this website.. you know the old cliché... "the customer is always right".

    Even if you have a problem with someone or how they are coming across, your job should always come first and your demeanour should never change, you're a moderator of this website in entirety, not selectively. I expect you act like one.

    I don't have an issue with you nor was I biased,

    If a customer doesn't have his money you will get dnt no matter who you are, me, you or even higher staff member (example: [Resolved]) which is something you didn't understand from the start and where straight in my dm's, I didn't see your dm you send me yesterday until today due to me being flooded with pms and just missing it, but I see your one today and dealt with it as soon as I seen it, just because I am staff member doesn't mean my revolves around sythe.

    I do apologies for missing but that about it.

    Won Gold payment delay

    Clearly not as someone can accept gold, confirm it was them trading, and then 6 minutes later deny receiving payment to then be excused for it due to the "Coronavirus". `:laugh:

    On top of that stay un-DNT'd for 5 days before it being even deemed as mildly suspicious.

    no shade being thrown, simply comparing these situations as there was evidently 0 malice from my end in my situation, where as this one would give a lot more reason to raise concern.

    Yeah sounds pretty bud, we both know what it is but I understand as a moderator you have a certain image you want to uphold so this response is of no surprise.

    nor do I even care. Was initially just leaving my feedback. Thank you.

    They haven't been active on Sythe for 8 days and aren't able to properly handle that report so it's not surprising that they're being given leniency due to it being out of their control. However, you were available and able to respond to the report that is on you.

    If you really wanted not to have a DNT during the transfer you could have requested a staff member to hold the gold or equivalent in BTC. Instead you decided to request at the very end to give the funds to @Pikachu so it gets resolved swiftly however @Pikachu wasn't available to handle it at the time, not his fault you didn't request this earlier. The money even ended up bouncing back into your account so a DNT was a proper choice.

    I don't understand what leniency is required by someone accepting payment then shadily saying they didn't receive it after already confirming beforehand.

    nor do I wish to debate with you about it.

    It didn't make sense to give a deposit while my funds were being held, and if you bothered to pay attention to detail the bank itself was advising me that the funds would be released to the customer and not back to me, so you cannot blame me for having this mindset at the time as it was clear I was being advised the funds were not going to bounce back into my account. If I were advised the other way round, what you're saying would have made sense at the time.

    Hence the whole reason for a deposit not being viable until the funds had either reached the customer or been returned to my account.

    Once the funds had returned to my account it then became viable to refund.

    As for throwing shade I meant I wasn't shading Won, just comparing our situations for the sake of my point, I don't need to throw shade at @Pikachu I believe I'm being direct enough.

    Regardless I don't even know why you decided to chime in. But I won't be replying further, we don't need to spam the mans feedback thread.

    From the screenshots, I didn't read anything that suggested that it's going to the customer's account. I assume you're referring to how they stated "Yes, it is out of your hands" which doesn't mean the same thing at all. It simply means that the money is not in your account at that point of time. So I can definitely blame you for being so upset about a precautionary DNT when all you had to was provide a temporary deposit to a moderator so the DNT would be lifted during the report.

    Sigh.. last one.

    First screenshot reads:

    "Thank you for your patience, at this moment we are unable to provide you with a timeframe for when the transfer will be recieved"

    They cannot provide me with a timeframe for when the customer will receive the payment I have sent him. Indicating that we are waiting on the customer to receive the payment.

    By them confirming the money has been taking out of my account and it is out of my hands should further indicate the fact that everyone was waiting on the customer to receive the funds. There was never any indication that the funds were going to be returned to my account.

    By the way this is just from what I posted on Sythe, they stated to me multiple times in the multiple chats I had with them that the money would reach the customers account soon, when it bounced back it was more of a surprise. However I'm only keeping relevant what's visible to you on the forum.


    Hopefully that clears up the rest of your confusion on the situation buddy.
    hopefully you can also refrain from spamming the poor mans thread even more about a situation you literally have no need to comment on.

    Apparently an OMM providing incorrect contact information on their middleman thread doesn’t dictate it being their fault that I got scammed according to him @GeeFinance

    The middleman didn’t even get a TWC like any other person would have. Hell he could have owned the discord that he “incorrectly“ typed, taken my money and then just changed his discord.

    Not true, I informed upper staff as soon as I saw the first report on him hence why they removed his omm. I am going ignore everything else you post because if I don't you just spam this thread hard and other guy above me who unhappy with decision I made on his report. ( I have read it tho and every other feedback on this thread)..

    You can’t really compare yourself to Won, though. He has proven to resolve any and all cases against him in the past. Most reports on him are simply miscommunication and he resolves them as soon as he can. The coronavirus(notice I left out the “ marks) is very real, just because it doesn’t affect you doesn’t mean it’s not there.

    Now about you: who are you exactly?

    You see my point?

    The report was handled well, just because you lack the proper insight to realise this does not make him a bad moderator, lol. I’ve been trusted with a lot more and I would expect to be DNT for any report on me, but I would understand if Alch didn’t get insta DNT on sight because they are an established user and the likelihood of them scamming is slim to none. The same has happened here.

    Stop throwing tantrum. Moderators their lives do not revolve around Sythe, people have lives. Remember that they do this voluntarily to help people.

    It’s time to grow up now.
