Violation you are reporting the user for: Misconduct in handling reports / violating Sythe rules
Pikachu has violated the rule 2: Screenshot - 96578a575e46d03b99b5a0615cda9e3e - Gyazo
Rule 2: "Screenshot proof is requiered. copy-pasted chat logs are not proof,
voice chats are not proof either."
I possess recordings, which serve as stronger evidence than a simple image. However,
my report: scammed by secnx server 67.5b osrs gold
was closed due to previous instances of fabricated reports submitted by others.
Reason for the report:
I recently submitted a report against secnx after being scammed for 67.5b OSRS gold. During the process, @Pikachu , who handled my report,
asked me a series of questions that I found unreasonable and inconsistent with how other reports on Sythe have been handled.
For example, Pikachu asked me the following:
“Did you attempt to sell the GP anywhere else, and do you have proof of doing this?”
This question does not make sense to me. If I am buying gold for the first time and get scammed, does that mean I cannot be refunded simply because it is my first purchase?
“Do you have any old screenshots of the wealth?”
Does this mean that if I never took a screenshot of my past wealth, I cannot be compensated if I get scammed on Sythe?
“Do you have any screenshots/recordings of the trade itself?”
I have reviewed other reports on Sythe, and rulings are often based on Discord chat logs provided as evidence.
I did not take a screenshot because I received confirmation that I was trading with the correct person on Discord server.
Pikachu then stated: “There is no evidence to determine whether this report is genuine or fabricated,
as there were a few fabricated reports. If it’s real, I am sorry for your loss.”
This response is concerning. If fabricated reports exist, does that mean legitimate victims are dismissed and scammers are not held accountable?
Secnx should have transcripts and logs on his Discord server, which could confirm whether my report is fabricated or not.
Since I know I was scammed, I can confirm it was genuine. He should be required to provide Discord logs.
Furthermore, Pikachu accused me of fabricating a video without providing any proof.
Whether a video is fabricated or not is easily verifiable.
If my video is considered fabricated, then by the same logic, all previous Sythe reports that relied only on Discord chat logs or screenshots should also be questioned.
Those were accepted as valid evidence, yet I provided a video, which is even stronger proof and it is not accepted as evidence?
for example in this recent report: resolved, person has provided discord chatlogs and they were taken as evidence
as it's stated in "report a scammer thread" and my video which is stronger proof than simple image from discord chatlogs is not taken as evidence?
I believe this was a very unprofessional way of handling my report and making judgments.
The lack of consistency and fairness in Pikachu’s approach raises serious concerns.
