• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I didn't know what I was thinking but, the person gave me the information to their account, I seen some money and I lost a lot of money that day so I was just really pissed off, so I decided to scam him, I don't know why I did that but obviously it was a retarded move. I'm really sorry for what I did and probably everyone else says this too but I was younger and was just plain stupid. I was legit to every other person in my vouches, I just didn't know what I was thinking. Obviously if I could go back in time I would not do this but I can't.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: yes , it says that I need a months time to contact victim but I don't know how I can contact them so if any mod could please help me with this

 

So, the person you scammed, is a ban evader, who was originally banned for black hat; so that means there's no victims to be paid back in that regard.
