Pretty nice, but I wouldn't spend all that money on a 1366 socket. Just my opinion, but I'd wait until the 2011 socket comes out with 6 core sandy and ivy bridges. The quad cores are almost up to par with the hex core i7 extremes, so a 6 core should easily surpass. Plus, there will be really nothing new on the 1366 that you could upgrade to for a big difference, unless you wanna go with some Xeon x5690 ish thing.
