[PICS]How to Keep a laptop from sleeping when closed

Ok so i was lurkin in the forums and i seen a thread saying "my laptop turns off internet when closed lid" , well i know how to by pass that so heres a tutorial.
Note: Im on windows 7 .. may change for other OS'S
