I think you should ban him now as a precaution, he will just try to scam as much as he can before he gets banned anyway otherwise!
Why ISNT he banned already is my question??? Undeniable evidence has been presented, dude should already be gone. So easy to set up a quick trade and use PM's to conduct it, no one would ever know. (Well, until it's done anyway..)
