Photoshop Effects

Hello, anyone know where i can find photoshop effects like light flares without background and stuff?

If you have one with a background try using the "screen" as the blending mode.

Check out Kolour.org , the geniuses there might know.

I believe you're looking for textures. Those usually have a black background, but you can make it look transparent with the layer styles.

Your best bet are GFX packs, you can Google them or look on YouTube.

Check out deviant art. They have some good packs on there!
