Photoshop CS4 Help!

Hello, I recently installed Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended on my new Toshiba Laptop. I've encountered a problem where each time I open it, or a new composition black triangles appear on the workspace. It is really starting to irritate me. Here's an image of what my issue looks like:


If anyone knows how to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
