For some reason on both cs2 and cs3 on my computer when i 1st install them all filter buttons work, then they start not been clickable..:s i don't know why.

 

This is awesome if it actually works, free cs3....that's like, free $700.....and Thrawn likey the free money.

hey why do i keep getting the message expired licens has expired. I tried changing the file anme and it still gave me an error. Is it cuz i cracked cs3? if so how do i turn my cs3 back to the trial version.

 

You change application.whatever back to application.sif. Also, this doesn't work anymore. You get some error message saying that your license is invalid or something like that, you're better off looking for a serial number online or attempting to buy one.

 

Mm I like most/some people like CS2 better I s'pose.

This didn't work for me today. I d/l'd CS3 Pshop beta, installed it, and renamed the AMT/application.sif to application.sif_, but Photoshop CS3 will NOT RUN. They've apparently discovered this little workaround and put a stop to it with a simple dialog telling you that the license has been canelled for this product, and you must uninstall it and reinstall it to run the program. When you click OK, the program quits.

Photoshop beta works fine though if you rename application.sif back to its original name. But then you're stuck with your 30-day trial.

Might as well buy it now if you want it, but I'd wait for the release anyway. I typically like to stay legit with software vendors, particularly Adobe, who is the best developer out there for graphics software, and who doesn't pull a lot of the horrible fascist stunts like other companies, such as Quark ... and Adobe's upgrade policy is the most liberal I have ever encountered. I'd recommend supporting this company instead of trying to rip them off. But that's just my personal opinion.

If this trick worked for you, can you put the exe that you got from adobe for the 30 day trial on an upload website and put the URL here, im downloading cs3 now and if this doesnt work im going to be pissed

 

isnt it legal because you basically using an edited version of photoshop?

 

Looks like they fixed it.
I did it, and a popup that said "licensing problem" had happened.
