PhotonVPS - VNCViewer - Connection Refused?

[RsLoVe]

I have been using PhotonVPS for a couple days, no problems

I wake up this morning to see that I cannot use VNC Viewer

I get this error
"unable to connect to host. Connection Refused 10061"

I have not received an able yet from PhotonVPS regarding this

What do you guys think this is?

NOTE: Its a good thing I started botting my guy with magic and 100k alchs xD

I'd simply reboot your VPS, connect to your server using PuTTY, type vncviewer and hit enter, then open up VNCViewer again and try to connect, it should work.
