Background:
I tried requesting a pardon back when I got banned. I didn't have enough evidence to support my claim. I tried explaining to Roary and Ziggily about the situation, but Roary didn't quite believe me. I had tried explaining that I wasn't the 2 other people who have scammed in the past. I tried explaining and giving him IP's that were tied with my school and my home, but nothing.

Proof:
I wan't to say that I was wrongfully banned for ban evading past scammers. I did log into school a few times to bump threads, and I was EXTREMELY stupid to do so. You see, I realized I might have enough solid evidence today when I tried going on sythe at school. I knew I had posted a pardon request a few days ago but didn't submit it in the right form. I tried logging in to see if for some miracle I was unbanned. when I saw this.



I was shocked. It had occurred to me to grab my schools IP but never to try relogging in at school to see if the accounts that were tied to my IP ban were in fact through the school, because whenever I do so at home this pops up.



Only accounts that I tried creating to post my dispute back when I was trying to appeal.

Now if you look closely at these two map screenshots. It will show my IP being traced as well as my schools IP being traced. As you can see they both trace to the same exact spot.




My Offence:
Now I was also banned for ban evading an account that DOES belong to me. Relaxing. Now before you go and start saying No support because I did break the rules I just want to clarify one thing. I know what I did was wrong, and I know I should have contacted a Mod before it got out of hand resulting in, well this. That account, relaxing, hasn't been active for almost 2 years.



When I came back to sythe almost exactly a year later on Phormula I knew I had another sythe account. I could not remember the username or password. I remember looking at the top by username and password, and seeing that there was not option for recovering. I figured the account was lost, so I made a new one, bringing us to Phormula.

I had a vouch thread on Phormula, with over $200 USD Handled. I did enjoy the members of this website, and I had just started to get into Free GFX. I had never scammed or gotten into any trouble on Relaxing OR Phormula. I was a good member of the community. I would really like to be able to come back.

I'd like to clarify that the accounts weren't the same.

If you can check the edit history in this thread http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...elling-gmauler-mith-gloves-all-reqs-done.html

You will see that the stats, much less the log in don't match up.

In the thread that DCG2002 made, his account was a gmauler just like mine, but his strength was way higher. Now how does it make sense that I scam someone for an account, and (later on) I re-sell the account, with lowered stats.

My account that I had sold was a e-mail log in account made on the release date of 07RS. While DCG2002 acc was made in 09, meaning it was a username log in.

but, as you can see in the report where I was banned, my skype was matched with an account that has been inactive for almost 2 years now, which I did admit to. The skypes, not the accounts, because I never scammed.
