    It's also a joke "cautioned for stealing accounts for online game Runescape." cy@ police man no punishment. Good luck sending someone to court and winning for getting your account stolen since all accounts belong to Jagex and you can't steal it from them.

    edit: plus it's virtual goods, even paypal doesn't care. "HE SCAMMED MEH DIDNT GET MY GOLD", JK it's been 3 days to late for the dispute "paypal it was virtual goods" GG.

    Actually. If some guy were to phish like 1b a week thats about 800usd$ a week which is better than any job that a loser could get lol. Pretty sad though
