Reasons -
Phidens opened a report on Lazid for scamming shown here LazidPro , i'm guessing this was an attempt to steal money from the community refund wallet. The user makes two reports, and ditches his sythe account, rightfully so because he was "scammed" 3 bil. He recently started using his sythe account again offering free services, oddly he is selling the same two accounts that @Lazid once sold/tried to sell shown in spoilers below
also worth noting that both users attempted to sell the same obby in the 'misc osrs' section rather than 1def pures
ags pures both have a bot busting ban
