Permission to run a giveaway?

Wanted to make sure it was okay that I done it before making any official posts. I'd like to host a giveaway for a PokemonGO account using gleam as the entry processor.

Sure.

If something you gave away was to be recovered, i'm sure you'd be held liable though. To give something away and to take it back without permission is scamming. Not that you would but just letting you know that you need to make sure anything you give away is 100% legit and unrecoverable.

This isn't true, you can do giveaways in any forum, but they are usually done in Sandbox. There's no rule that giveaways can only be done in the Sandbox.

lol when a support center mod doesn't even know the rules and gives wrong info in the support center.

 

If you think you can do a giveaway in any section then read the rules a few more times. Gleam is used for advertising purposes and is allowed in the sandbox only. Closed as answered.
