Unfortunately I've just read the rules and regulations for disputing a ban and noticed the allowed time-frame of 30 days for disputing any suspensions. I'm struggling to understand why there's such a stringent time-frame on this when each suspension should be clearly documented and be available for review should the need arise at any time in the foreseeable future. If possible I would like for the necessary persons to review my case and invite those parties involved to join us in resolving this dispute (Moonglare).

I wish only for my case to be reviewed now as it's only now that I've acquired intention of participating within the Sythe community. Upon being suspended I was entirely inactive so consequently I felt no obligation to appeal the suspension in a rush.

I can briefly explain the situation from my point of view to give whoever reads this an understanding of such.

I was in contact with Moonglare regarding a signature purchase via the Runescape botting site, Epicbot roughly 6-9 months ago. At the time, I was a moderator on said site. Upon initiating the order with Moonglare we agreed that I would be under no obligation to purchase the signature until satisfaction was achieved and that modifications after the initial version had been presented wouldn't be an issue. I was presented with a signature which was great, although not to my liking and I requested alterations to be made. Moonglare initially seemed happy to do so although after 48 hours passed and I asked for an update, he then stated I would have to make payment for what he's done so far if he was to make any more changes. I wasn't pleased with this as it violated our original agreement, I told the user that I wouldn't make payment until I was happy with the product. Moonglare then proceeded to spam Epicbot with 'Kieron scammed me' threads and was resultedly banned by another moderator for his antics. It was at this point Moonglare retaliated and suspended me permanently on Sythe for 'scamming'. Obviously Moonglare believes in 'an eye for an eye'. The site EpicBot is currently down for maintenance although when it's up I could attain a screenshot with the time-date-reason for Moonglare's suspension to aid in my defence and show that my suspension on Sythe was only issued in retaliation to this.

I've attempted to dig out my Skype logs for this although they don't seem to date back to this time. When searching for files under the name 'Moonglare' I could only find MSN chat logs relating to the incident between myself and another user. Should you need further documentation such as proof of Moonglares suspension on EpicBot and the reasoning behind such then please let me know so I can attain this.

If you could detail the report or reasoning which warranted my suspension here I will happily expand on any points.

Thank you for reading, I appreciate it, regardless of the outcome.

Hey Kez, you'll actually have to go through a high pardon due to the 30 day limit on a legitimate dispute.

The way a pardon works is you basically admit to whatever it was you were banned for and then give the staff/community reasons as to why we should allow you to return to the site.

I've spoken to you a few times on Powerbot and I can say that I do believe a high pardon would be a good idea for you.
