    Most likely not, i had one acc that was banned in 2007 on rs, and they didn't unban untill 2011

    Wow you're extremely lucky. Wish I could get my account back but my only hope is for some type of buy back program or if enough people start a twitter movement towards Jagex to start looking into appeals and giving second chances.
