Perm ban for no sense

Hello guys,
First of all, I really enjoy your job here on sythe, congratz for that .
Ok, I got a perm ban for one mistake that I did a lot of time ago and Im really sorry for what I did...
really, its not bullshit... I really tried to scamm one guy, I really feel bad for that.
I really belive that people change and Im really optimisc that u guys have the same thought, Im not that guy that try to scamm people anymore, now Im a gold farmer on osrs working hard to improve my programming skills to live from runescape gold.
Ive created many accounts on sythe since I got this ban because Im always getting new bans since I didnt change my skype... I think I deserve this vote of confidence since the CH4K4L account was acting correctly by properly negotiating and adding too much to the sythe community... I was getting my vouches and trying to be better than I was...
Since I didnt get anything from the guy I tried to scamm (He send me paypal cash but he open a paypal dispute and got the money back.) I ask you guys to review my ban =/. I want to ask sorry to the guy that I tried to scamm and for the sythe community at all but I really changed.
