Percocet Scammed me in a 90 day flaming skull upgrade

Step 1: We both log into world 124 edgeville
Step 2: he shows 40m as we agreed in PM's
Step 3: I give code via PM
Step 4: Percocet says the code is correct
Step 5: Percocet says he want's to "check" to see if skull was there
Step 6: Percocet logs out
Step 7: Percocet does not log back in
Step 8: Percocet does not respond to any PM's in runescape or sythe.org
