Penguido - Possible Ban Evader

Why you think they are ban evading: I was looking at this thread and opened the screenshot of his account in a new window, at which time I noticed that the URL to the image (http://i1110.photobucket.com/albums/h450/Pleasentsalesphotos/sythe99s.png) was part of PleasantSales' photobucket album.

I've also sold RSCE GP to both PleasentSales and Penguido, and noticed that they both talk in a very similar way and both live in Ontario, Canada, which is somewhat irrelevant but I thought I'd just mention it. Since PleasantSales was recently banned for scamming some RSC party hats, I'm assuming this is his latest scam attempt under the alias Penguido.
