I am now being accused of framing Hattez and NickOSRS.

 

I bought the account and within the matter of 24 hours, the account was recovered when me and you along with very few others were the only people who knew the account was sold at the time, meaning it was sold pretty much ANONYMOUSLY. How would it be possible for the OO to know I bought the account at the exact time without any trace atall? Honestly, I don't wanna say it but; this looks very pre-meditated and well thought-through to me, and this isn't the first time it has happened with Hattez.

I have shown proof of funds on the account when I went to sleep, just hours before the account was recovered and I was asleep. Multiple pictures and recordings of me on the account with funds. I've just spoke to some people and apparently your rules are very broken regarding proof for this. What are the chances that you're actually online with the funds in your inventory when the account gets recovered? 0.0001%?

This rule is clearly insanely broke, and it raises the question; how many more times can Hattez do this? How many more times can you sell an account you're not the OO of, recover it, and repay only the price of the account and profit the goods placed on the account?

Also having spoken to @video, he has logged into the account. If you have ever owned a RuneScape account, you know that it takes quite a while to get a reply to a recovery request. How did they get the account back in the matter of minutes? That's very odd to me.

 

I find this very ironic and I'd hope you understand my point of view. With everything provided in this scam report of yours, you wanted to receive your money back that was on the account. You didn't get it back, because you didn't have a timestamp; I do.

From your first sentence, to the list of things you've provided, it matches my report here to a T; except I have proof of my funds with a timestamp.




YOU, also, need to accept blame for THIS situation. Even more irony.

 

The thread you just quoted/took pictures of I was the victim. I didnt get refunded and didnt get my gold back. I lost out on everything when a mod scam quit.

 

That's exactly what I am saying.

You expected the money for the account (obviously) and the money that was on the account too, while having no timestamp.

You stated very obvious things regarding funds being able to have been moved, and it's the same in this situation.

However, I DO have a timestamp.

 

Update: It is unclear entirely what happened here. I now have possession of the account and am waiting out the 7 day bank pin removal. @ThaHustla's authenticator was still set to the account when I changed the password so it's impossible @hattez or @NickOSRS could have logged into the account.

I am suspecting jamflex did something weird to this account, at any rate Nick has refunded @hattez and I have @hattez payment to refund @ThaHustla. Everyone will be refunded while we wait out the 7 days to see the status of the bank

 

Yes I attempted to get my money and didnt get it. Also from speaking to all parties involved you had AUTH set on the account. It is literally impossible for me or OO to remove any wealth from the account. Video has logged in and 0 items on the character and theres a PIN set "none" of us know. OO and Me cannot be responsible for the wealth when u had AUTH set and it's still set. Period.

 

Spoke with @video. Seems my items are safe in the bank from the looks of things.

Waiting out 7 day bank pin for items, and taking my refund for account purchase in mean-time.
