Well this all started back in June in the year 2013. The 29th of that month I turned 15. I was alot less mature than I am now. I was all into runescape private servers and loved playing them. One day in June my friend told me we could make real life money by RWTing. So of course at my age money is hard to come by so I was super pumped. Of course I wanted to do it. So we tried a few times to sell legit and failed because we could never make money to sell on soulsplit. So then my friend taught me impostering, and how you could scam money from people. I wasn't thinking it'd follow me in the long run so I went ahead and tried with him. This is when I tried impostering Scenery, a very trusted powerbot member and even maybe mod at the time if I remember correctly. So you know I used my normal skype tuckern100 we failed multiple times and moved on. August came around, and at this time football started and I didn't have time for computer games. Then after football in the end of November me and my friend got back into the rsps market, but we actually wanted to be legit. We knew buying and selling does have its profits so we wanted to do it. All was going well I got a few vouches was going strong, and then guess what? The BAN HAMMER. Of course I was just mind blown didn't know what happened. Then I saw the reason of impostering, and was like pretty mad. I posted a pardon that got denied. So I quit sythe for a month or two then made a new account. At this time I never even once read the sythe rules didn't even know what ban evasion was haha. I made some account don't remember the name. I was going well for a few weeks, and got some vouches then all of a sudden got banned for ban evasion. From there I was just pissed so I ban evaded again. I think I ban evaded a total of 5 times. (Not a clue on the exact number)

I really do regret everything I have done in my past that prevented me from dwelling on sythe. The impostering and ban evasions were all so childish, and I am so sorry for doing it. I never had an intention from the creation of tuckern100 on sythe on of scamming. Before with impostering I was young and dumb and I am so stupid. Like for those actions almost 2 years ago I am still having problems with them! I regret them.... Now about a year ago I posted a pardon.

This pardon was then denied and I was told to return in 6 months. I pretty much stopped messing with sythe for those 6 months and then my next pardon was in November

This pardon was looking great, and I thought I was finally going to get back to enjoying sythe! Then 2 scam reports Jack Goff posted prevented me from the successful pardon. I then posted this cause I was so confused

So he says my ip matched the scammers. I knew at the time how ip addresses worked and I was 100% sure my only chance was repaying those 2 people so I did it. I never thought anything of it again. So after repaying I post this

On this pardon I got destroyed. Being called a liar multiple times by different staff members. This of course was unexplained, and Jack Goff told me no support, but said wait 6 months and he would support. From that I thought I would wait the 6 months for pardoning. Now that brings us to a few weeks ago

A few weeks ago my paypal was accessed at 5 in the morning while I was sleeping, and spent a few hundred dollars. From there I slowly was trying to figure everything out, and then I again was charged a few hundred dollars around a week ago, and that is when my mother filed a police report, and I checked my computer on hacking. (I did know someone had access, but failed to respond to it the first time) I then figured out I was hacked and I did get it removed.

Now this is where it gets interesting. So now these unexplained scam reports on me all fall into place. This hacker has had access to my computer for quite some time, and so now I figured out who was the Santa person, and who scammed Bram. Now of course I did pay back MOES6223 and Bram I have tried to contact for over 5 months no with no response.

Now I do want to say first off that this whole thing has sucked, and I really hope it is finally over. Hopefully this pardon can be a success now that everything has been explained and settled

The offsite scamming was taken care of because that wasn't me, but it was refunded.
I never impersonated dave. This took place during the time I was hacked/ratted.

Also http://prntscr.com/6fsqn7 http://prntscr.com/6fsqu1 why would the person who ratted you post that from your account / make an account under your name? That makes no sense at all. They definitely wouldn't link it to your skype.

This one was a way you could see if you were ratted using tcp View, I googled it, and that was the person connecting to me
For your second question why did they use my account? I don't know. I don't know why at all so can't really answer that.

Ok I talked to jack and he said he was talking with all staff about me, and said "don't worry about it man" after this Superfluous changed from supporting me to no support so I think I will worry about it. If any staff could inform me on this "subject" the staff talked about that included me. Would be appreciated......... maybe I can sort this out cause I feel like I am about to get screwed over..... hard.......

This seems to be the last obstacle. I found this scam report which was raised here http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1841140-reposting-full-pardon.html but I can't find any proof of repayment or contact. Can you help me out with that? Sorry for this seeming to be piece by piece.

Ok so I really thought I covered everything in my pardon this time, but it looks like I didn't.

This was almost a year ago, and I don't remember it exactly but I mean I do remember not paying the full $35. This was of course on one of my ban evasion accounts. I started off good on the account even though I was evading. Got a few vouches, and then someone noticed I was evading. At the time I was just gonna start fresh I thought and just avoid everything altogether and start pretty much a new identity. Which fell through, and when this person told me he knew I was evading or the same person as ntuck100. I WAS PISSED. I don't know how to explain how mad I was. I know I was doing something bad, but for a good reason. I hated having to wait 6 months. I couldn't wait the 6 months for a pardon come to find out I can (just did it this past 6 months). So I was doing this trade with Gold 666. I had no intention to scam him. The trade was going well we were going to do $5 then $10 then $20. The $5 and $10 went well, and then he payed for the last $20. Then I don't remember why I really don't, but pretty much just said mine as well scam. At that time I was going to lose my account anyways I didn't care anymore. When I scammed this kid, it wasn't that this was my plan from the beginning of creating lolirl12345. This I did out of pure anger of losing my account. Yes it was wrong and Yes I do REGRET it. The past is the past I can't change scamming this person. I am truly sorry, and if I would've found this I 100% would've added it to my pardon. I wasn't trying to hide anything from my pardon, but so much has happened I happened to miss something. I know before this pardon can continue I have to repay this victim. I have no way to contact him if anyone could help me with it I would absolutely refund him, and whoever helps I appreciate in advanced. Now this person is banned, and my guess is that he scammed someone to receive this ban? If so maybe I could refund his victims instead which would only make sense.
Again I deeply regret doing this, and I hope just because I missed this for my pardon I won't have to wait 6 more months to rejoin sythe. I have made several trades LEGITLY through sythe without an account, and I must tell each and everyone of you staff members it is a real PAIN IN THE ASS to use sythe without an account.(sorry for my language) You don't know how many trades fell through just because I didn't have an account. Just because someone is banned from sythe shouldn't mean they can't take part in the marketplaces on sythe.
Probably the worst part about this whole pardon is knowing that since I missed this scam I probably will have to wait another 6 months. If I have to do it I will, but again it will be a pain, and I hope ya'll can make a great decision.

I do want to add in my opinion about this. I pardoned over 6 months ago, and was denied. The point of waiting these 6 months is to keep myself clean to see if the staff should give me another chance on sythe. I did that. The only problem is that I didn't find everything I should've pardoned for. If I would've seen that scam I would've added it to this pardon in the beginning, better yet I would've put it on my pardon 6 months ago. Hopefully just because I made a mistake(everyone makes mistakes) and missed that I really do hope I won't have to wait an extra 6 months.

how did you contact him in the first place? if it was on skype, try his skype. if via email, try via email...

 

@Superfluous I used a different skype lolirl12345. This skype was deactivated by skype or something under the lines of that. Never could figure out why it was suspended. So I have no way to contact him.
