Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: My brother registered under my IP and scammed. I am not him and I think I left enough evidence to prove that "rumbleiv" is not me. I have spoken to my brother, and this shouldn't happen occur anymore. I have fully refunded the user scammed, and it has been 6 months since my last official pardon. I had 4 staff members voting for a yes, and none voting no for my last pardon. It was the time limit that didn't allow me to pass the first stage. I hope that this time, I am able to pass the first stage. I fully understand that I am responsible for what occurs under my IP, and i'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Please allow me to register an account, once again, it has been over 6 months, and the user scammed has been refunded and is perfectly fine with it. This small amount of $25 has caused me to lose some customers in gold trades, leaves a bad first impression, and it weakens my reputation on other websites where I am very trusted.

So, from getting some additional information on s.sythe, it seems that theres things linking me to being rumbleiv.

I'm going to try my best to clear this up. I am not RumbleIV, i am not associated with what "rumbleiv" does.

I know it already looks bad since it looks like i'm trying to pretend to be another person.

The only skype I have ever really used that comes to mind is erickho123. I have numerous skype logs with rumbleiv, since he is family. I can provide numerous chat logs, games we've played with in league of legends, etc. This dates back from years +, however i can't post the entire thing since what we talk about also contains confidential information.

It seems like the main reason why you guys think I am rumbleiv, is because my brother occasionaly uses my hackforums account. I have changed my information on there, and he no longer has access to prevent conflict like this from happening again.

The reason why he has information to my HF account is because a long time ago, my account and his accounts kept getting closed since there were multiple accounts under our IP, and that lead to our accounts getting closed.

I was told since my pardon october 2014, i've been using rumbleiv as my skype under my hackforums account "erickho123". That is not me, that's my brother. If anyone is famliar with the tribot community, then they would know that I am always on my skype "erickho123", and receive dozens of contacts for customer support every single day : https://tribot.org/forums/user/5359-erickho123/ (I have been using this skype for over 2+years).

If you just think about it, it would be extremely hard for me to maintain two complete different personalities with the amount of customers I have to deal with, skypes, and our gaming interest are quite different (I only play league, he plays fps,steam,etc).

If you guys wish, i could probably get a tribot moderator who I play league of legends with (along with wonka flonka, and rumbleiv/goodorang3) to confirm that rumbleiv and erickho123 ARE not the same person, since we've been in skype calls numerous times before.


I hope you guys check this out more thoroughly. I am not RumbleIV, above are some of the evidence that RumbleIV and erickho123 are not the same person.

Which also makes me think he lied on sythe since he was selling mc accs for fractions of a dollar which are usually quite a bit more (especially since he claims they were premium accounts) stating they were "not cracked". There would be no room for profit if they weren't so it seems he was lying in order to get more sales / not get banned.

I never sold cracked minecraft accounts. RumbleIV did. I couldn't find anything regarding cracked minecraft in our chat logs, (maybe it was because i restored my Pc/ it was along time ago), but i do remember him talking about it. I never participated in his minecraft account selling buisiness.

The thread he linked in regards to sharing with his brother on HF was August 2013. The posts I linked regarding e-whoring and cracking accounts were made in October 2014....

 

Any account "cracking" or ewhoring wasn't done by me, but by rumbleiv. Like I said, he had access to my account on hackforums, and not until recently (March) have I changed my information to avoid conflict. He shouldn't be linked to me anymore by any means, if you guys chose to believe me. I have never participated in any "cracked" account selling, as far as I know..

 

As well, I would like to note that I'm sorry for the troubles my brother has caused you guys. I have tried "justifying" (they can't really be justified, he did stupid shit) by refunding the users scammed. There isn't much I can do about my brothers actions, however I have spoken to him to encourage him to stop and as far as I know he said he's stopped participating in blackhat/scamming activities.
