PEN SHOULD BE TEMP BANNED! for this reason >>

I saw that pen has banned people for "bumping" which he considers spam.

fair enough if thats his rule thats cool BUT!!why is it so i have evidence of pen using this bad bad spam word BUMP! you want your evidence. view this thread and look at post #8

also while there look at post 2 and 3. there both temp banned. why is this?

now i could swear two, TWO mods said its cause he said bump. SO, why wasnt/hasn't PEN been temp banned for 3 days? hmmm? because his so high up in the ranks? possibly

i thought sythe is a fair and just place. well the justic was not served and i think it should be.

My solution is either everybody who is temp banned for bumping should be unbanned and given an apology OR Pen should be banned for 3 days like everybody else that has been banned.

and just incase PEN see's this first and deletes anything. i took the liberty of screenshotting it all for you... thanks people

Unfortunately, for the side of justice, it is not possible for someone to infract an administrator. It is beyond the 'power' of someone who is not of administrative rank to effect one who is, for obvious reasons. If there were such a problem presented by Pen, however, that he would need be stripped of his rank, so that we were allowed to infract him, I can assure you, we have the resource, and he will be taken care of, should such a serious matter occur. Until then, he remains who, and what he is - bumping topics or not.

 

so what happens to this guy. just cause he isnt a mod his ban sticks. well personally thats bull. he did the same as pen. so why should he be treated different. i think u should erase his ban and make pen apolagize

 

You should probably understand the purpose of minor offenses like these. Something that has a short ban, like this offense is generally something that isn't cared about too much. If we notice that users are being offensive, or generally disruptive, we will use a short ban such as this to let them know we're watching. 3 days is basically a warning ban, since no one pays attention to the real warnings, when we give them. Understand that this post, as you have shown from Pen is a standard bump, after years of dedicated service and proof that he's not just bumping for spam's sake. The other bump you have posted, however, makes fun of Pen indirectly, buy posting "Mudkip, P - Poo-eater." Which might as well just say that he eats Mudkip's poo, which is both impossible, and offensive. Understand how these are different, and you may be unbanned.

 

i am not sayin ban pen. i am saying lift the other guys ban. 3 days... 72 hours... 4320 minutes. u sit there for 5 minutes then times it by 864.... thats how long he has to wait... quite some time for some people

also if pen took this offensivly why did he not say on the dipute thread

and u cant take stuff offensivly if somebody refers to eating poo and a pokemon which is liked by you. god if there the rules well this site is moderated by a bunch of babys who should grow up personally i think
