    hey i just got a TWC becaue i got scammed on paypal i posted WAY more proove then the other kid and i got TWC i dont know what the hell pen was doing siding or something but the evidence all pointed to him scamming me? uhhm this is slightly retarded ... i PMED pen he wont PM me back because he knows he messed up or he just hates me and thats why he did it but this is rediculous... ive never seen something this stupid i get scamed 15 dollars paypal report it and get a TWC explain.....


    yes thanks for locking so i can respond to you , by the way you know when i block someone right? yeah i think not i blocked him and removed him from contacts after he scammed me why the EFF would i want a contact that scams? this is just stupid pen it seems like ur siding with him for no reason and giving me the same respons everytime because you dont know anybetter
